Terms
Last updated
These are the terms for using Followspot. They are short; please read them. By using Followspot you agree to them. Followspot is run by Jeroen; “we” here means him.
Invite-only
Followspot is invite-only for now. Anyone can ask for access by signing in with Google; we decide who gets in, and we may say no. Your access is for you: don't share it.
Your content stays yours
The clips, logos, music and words you use, and the reels you make, are yours. They stay in your browser; we don't get them and claim no rights to them.
That also makes them your responsibility. Only use material you have the right to use, and check what you post: you are the one publishing it.
The sample footage belongs to its makers. It is there to try Followspot with, not to publish as your own.
Don't misuse it
- Don't try to get around the sign-in, or into parts of Followspot that aren't yours.
- Don't overload, attack or scrape Followspot, or use it to break the law or someone else's rights.
- Don't copy Followspot or resell it.
Provided as is
Followspot is provided as is, without any warranty. We do our best, but it may have bugs, change, or be unavailable at times. Keep your own copies of your footage and download your reels before you close the tab. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using Followspot.
Ending access
You can stop using Followspot at any time, and ask us to delete your details (see Privacy). We can end your access at any time, for example if these terms are broken, or if Followspot changes or stops.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
